Deck Description: A Toon deck that is all about tricks and confusing the opponent. But when someone dares destroy the joyous world Mephilia creates, her true self and power is shown.

Character Skill: A World of Toons/The Despair that Lurks Within: Only one Toon monster is allowed to attack directly per Battle Phase. During either player's turn, banish a Toon monster from your hand or graveyard, activate one of these effect depending on whose turn it is:

*Your turn: Add a card whose original name is "Toon World" from your Deck to your hand. You cannot add a Toon monster from your deck to your hand on the turn this is activated.
*Your turn: Special Summon a Toon monster from your hand, ignoring its summoning condition. This can only be activated if "Toon World" is on the field and only once per turn.
*Opponent's turn: When a Toon monster is about to be destroyed by battle, it is not destroyed and you lose no damage from that battle. This can only be activated if a card whose original name is "Toon World" is on the field.

If "Toon World" is removed from the field by your opponent, destroy all monster on your side of the field. Then, place a DARK Tuner and "Toon Dark Magician Girl" from the Deck, Hand, Graveyard, or banish (wheter it's faceup or facedown) on the field, then Synchro Summon "Beelze of the Diabolic Dragon". While it is on the field, you cannot summon other monsters. If "Toon World" is activated, banish all monsters summoned from the Extra Deck you control to the Extra Deck.

Personality: Mephilia hides a life of pain and suffering under a smiling mask of fun, and laughter thanks to her Toons. She tried to be the child she is suppose to be, but under that facade is a growing pain of hatred. A girl crying for the vengeance on the world that took everything from her And the God that allowed it. And anyone who dares take away the only thing precious to her, will suffer the full extent off her rage.

Biography: In a destroyed world like this, fortunate are those children that grow with their sanity intact and live a calm life. Mephilia Taeko was not one of them. Her parents were murdered by insane killers, the child herself taken as a trophy and used for their....amusements. Saved by one of the few righteous men out there...she was treated as their daughter only for her to watch them die in an explosion. Such experience should have broken any child. But Mephilia Taeko just smiled. Through all the horrible tragedy she went through, she hid all her despair under a mask of laughter, all thanks to the cards given to Mephilia by her parents. Her Toons. Their comical art and amusing acts kept her moving on, through all her misfortune. So long as she had them, she would keep going. Yet even they could not keep the horrors from expanding the hatred she gained of the world and it's people. A hatred that was taking form into a monster straight from hell. A demon that lurked safely within Mephilia and in her Extra Deck, unaware by even Mephilia herself. It waited till Mephilia's mask finally shattered to take over and fulfill the dark wish within the girl's heart. Vengeance on the decaying World and the God that let her suffer.
